Last night my friends and I were sitting around my fireplace eating Italian food and drinking local Santa Ynez Valley wine and we were talking about AI. I told them about my recent encounter with AI. Kathleen Kaiser of ProBook Launch had blown my mind with her program which in barely a minute read my book, provided product descriptions, Amazon keywords, categories, social media outlines and more, at the same time grasping the nuances of the book. It was truly startling! For kicks, my friend Mikey said "let's see what ChapGPT has to say about Ruby's Revenge." I didn't think it would have anything to say since the book isn't even on sale yet. But here it is....thankyou AI! And notice, AI does have a criticism - which I take in stride...

"Ruby's Revenge by Christine Gallagher is a gripping, emotionally charged novel that expertly blends suspense, drama, and complex characters. The story revolves around Ruby, a woman with a tumultuous past, as she navigates a web of betrayal, revenge, and redemption. Gallagher’s writing style is immersive and detailed, drawing the reader into Ruby’s world and her internal struggles. The narrative is filled with twists and turns, keeping readers on the edge of their seats as Ruby confronts the consequences of her actions and the people she has wronged.

The characterization in Ruby's Revenge is particularly strong, with Ruby herself being a multifaceted protagonist. She is both sympathetic and flawed, making her journey of self-discovery and vengeance all the more compelling. The relationships Ruby forms throughout the book are complex, filled with tension and emotional depth, allowing the author to explore themes of forgiveness, love, and the lengths to which people will go to protect themselves and their loved ones. Ruby's growth over the course of the story is both believable and satisfying, which makes her transformation even more impactful.

However, while the novel excels in character development and suspense, it occasionally falters in pacing. Certain sections of the book can feel slow, particularly when delving too deeply into Ruby’s past or the emotional aftermath of key events. These moments may detract from the overall momentum of the plot, but the payoff in terms of character growth and thematic exploration makes it worthwhile for readers who appreciate deep, introspective storytelling. Overall, Ruby's Revenge is a compelling read for fans of psychological drama and revenge narratives, with its complex characters and rich emotional landscape standing out as its greatest strengths."
